Gravesend Lunchtime

Gravesend Lunchtime runs every Monday at midday in the Change Grow Live (CGL) building at 8-9 Berkeley Crescent, and keeps to a tight hour, finishing at 1pm. That makes it one for people who can slip out during the working day, or who prefer daytime meetings to evening ones. It is an open Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, so anyone may attend, including family members, friends and professionals from local services. The group operates a chit system: signed slips confirming attendance are available for court, probation or treatment requirements, and the CGL setting means staff from the drug and alcohol service are nearby. There is no cost and no booking; just turn up before noon.
