Portlaoise Serenity also gathers on Saturday mornings at 11am at the Beech Haven Day Centre, Beladd, giving a weekend option alongside the group's weekday meetings. The format is unstructured, so members share openly rather than following a set study. This is a members-only Alcoholics Anonymous meeting for people with a desire to stop drinking, and someone attending for the first time is welcome without needing an introduction.
