Clacton Daily Reflections

Daily Reflections meets every Sunday afternoon at 3pm at Open Road on Wellesley Rd in Clacton-on-Sea, and lasts about an hour. It's a closed AA meeting, meant for people with a desire to stop drinking rather than family members, friends, or visiting professionals. As the name suggests, the format draws on daily reflection readings as a starting point for discussion, giving the group a shared focus each week. Open Road is a well-known name locally in recovery support, which may make the venue familiar to some attendees already. The building is wheelchair accessible. There is no charge to attend and no need to book, so those who fit the closed-meeting criteria can simply come along at 3pm.
