Daily reflecton - How it apples to me.
Living Sober is Redcar's Tuesday evening AA meeting, held at 6.30pm at Westmorland Community Centre on Westmorland Road and lasting an hour. The format uses the daily reflection as its starting point, with members sharing on how it applies to them, which gives each week a clear thread and makes the meeting easy for a newcomer to follow. It is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome: people who want to stop drinking, family and friends offering support, and professionals with an interest in how AA works. The community centre is wheelchair accessible. There is nothing to pay and no need to book or be referred; arriving a few minutes before 6.30pm is all it takes.
Can I come along with someone I am supporting?
