The meeting runs for a generous hour and a half and is open, so anyone is welcome: people who have a desire to stop drinking, family, friends and professionals alike. The hall is wheelchair accessible. There is nothing to pay and no booking needed. A morning meeting suits people who find weekends hardest, and getting to a meeting before the day unfolds is a habit many members swear by. The same hall also hosts a Step and Tradition meeting on Thursday evenings at 7.15pm, so Deptford has two regular meetings a week.
