The Barnsley 4 S's group meets every Saturday evening at 7pm in the Vestry Room of Saint Pauls Church on Saint Pauls Road, running for around an hour and a half. As the name suggests, the format centres on the four S's: steps, sponsorship, sharing and service. Expect some variety week to week, with beginner-friendly sessions, literature study, speakers and step discussion, plus an Experience, Strength and Hope share once a month. Enter by the main entrance. This is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome, and newcomers are made a priority. Children are welcome and there's parking available. It's a solid Saturday-night option in Barnsley for anyone with a desire to stop using drugs, whether it's your first meeting or your hundredth.

This is an open Narcotics Anonymous meeting, so everyone is welcome — people with a desire to stop using drugs as well as family, friends and anyone curious about NA. It's a newcomer-friendly group, and children are welcome too.
Do I need to book, and is there a cost?
No booking is needed — just turn up and enter by the main entrance. NA meetings are free to attend. A voluntary collection is passed round to cover costs like room hire, but you're never obliged to give anything, especially as a newcomer.
Is there parking and step-free access?
