Newcomers

Newcomers is an open Narcotics Anonymous meeting held every Friday at 8pm at the Jamaica Street Project in Bristol, running for an hour and a quarter. As the name suggests, it is geared towards people new to the fellowship, and being open it also welcomes friends, family and professionals alongside people with a desire to stop using drugs, though it is not suitable for children or pets. The format is a Step One electric chair, giving structured focus to the first step. The entrance is at the front of the venue, and buses 71, 72 and 73 run to Gloucester Road, with Jamaica Street just off it. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and there is no cost or need to book beforehand.
