Tuam Group

Friday at 8.30pm sees Tuam Group return to its usual format on Dublin Road, Tuam, Co. Galway, after the Steps and Tradition session earlier in the week. This remains a closed meeting, kept for AA members with a desire to stop drinking rather than open to the wider public. Attendance is free and there is no booking process, so people generally arrive a few minutes before the start. Those unable to get to the room in person can email [email protected] to request a link to the group's online meeting. The meeting follows the standard Alcoholics Anonymous shape, opening with a reading before moving into sharing, with speaking always optional. Wheelchair access for this venue has not been confirmed, so anyone with mobility needs should check with the group beforehand.
