Top Floor. This is a literature study group.
This Narcotics Anonymous group meets every Saturday at 11:00 in Coalisland, near Dungannon, running for about an hour. It gathers at the Coalisland Cornmill on Lineside, in the top floor room. The format is a literature study group, so members read and discuss recovery texts together rather than sharing at random. If you're new to NA, this steady, focused approach can be a good way to get familiar with the fellowship's ideas at your own pace. The Cornmill itself is described as wheelchair accessible, though the meeting room is on the top floor, which is worth bearing in mind. This is a members' meeting, for anyone with a desire to stop using drugs. No need to arrange anything in advance — just come along.
Who can attend this meeting?
This is a closed meeting, which means it is for people who have a desire to stop using drugs. If that describes you, you are welcome to come along. Open meetings, by contrast, welcome family, friends and professionals, but this one is for members only.
Does it cost anything or do I need to book?
No. NA meetings are always free and there is nothing to book. Just turn up on Saturday before 11:00. Members make small voluntary contributions to cover room costs, but you are never expected to give anything, especially as a newcomer.
What happens at a literature study group?
Instead of open sharing, the group reads and discusses NA recovery literature together. It's a relaxed, structured way to explore the programme's ideas. Note the room is on the top floor of the Cornmill.
