Penryn

Penryn's Tuesday meeting is held at the Chamber of Commerce on Higher Market Street, at the rear end of the town clock; go upstairs using the museum entrance. It starts at 7.30pm and lasts an hour and a half. This is an open Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, welcoming anyone with a desire to stop drinking along with family, friends and professionals. Because the room is upstairs, it may not suit everyone with limited mobility; if stairs are a difficulty, one of the area's other meetings may be a better fit. A chit system is available for those needing signed evidence of attendance for court, probation or treatment. The meeting is free and no booking is needed.
