Young & Young at Heart takes a warm, inclusive line on the young persons meeting: aimed at younger members but genuinely welcoming to anyone who feels young in recovery, whatever their age. It meets on Tuesdays at 7.15pm at Redland Parish Church Hall on Redland Green Road, and lasts an hour. As an open Alcoholics Anonymous meeting it welcomes everyone, including family members, friends and professionals along with anyone who has a desire to stop drinking. The hall is wheelchair accessible. Redland Green is a pleasant, leafy corner of north Bristol, reachable from Gloucester Road and Whiteladies Road, and the slightly earlier 7.15pm start is handy for people heading home afterwards.
