About this meeting

Every Thursday at 7pm, the Selly Oak group of Alcoholics Anonymous meets at Selly Oak Methodist Church on Langleys Road in south-west Birmingham. This is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome to sit in, including family members, friends, students and professionals who want to understand how AA works, as well as anyone worried about their own drinking. The meeting lasts an hour and a half and there is no charge and nothing to sign up for; you can simply arrive on the night. The church is wheelchair accessible, and support for people with hearing loss is also listed here, which is not something every meeting is able to offer.
