The Waltham Cross group of Alcoholics Anonymous meets on Sunday evenings at St Joseph's Church Hall, 204 High Street. The doors open at 7.30pm for an 8pm start, so there is half an hour to arrive, get settled and have a chat beforehand; access is at the rear of the church, through the car park. This is an open meeting, so anyone may attend, whether you want to stop drinking yourself or are a relative, friend or professional wanting to understand more about AA. The meeting lasts an hour and a quarter, and in common with every AA meeting it is free and there is nothing to book. Just make your way round to the back of the church and in.
