Halesowen Morning

Halesowen Morning meets on Sundays at 11am at Hasbury Community Centre, 38 Wall Well, and runs for an hour and a half. It is an open meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous, so everyone is welcome: people who want to stop drinking, husbands, wives, parents, friends, and anyone with a professional reason to learn about AA. Sunday late morning is a thoughtful slot; it leaves time for a lie-in but still gives the day a purpose, which many people in early recovery find matters more than they expected. The community centre is wheelchair accessible. As with all AA meetings there is nothing to pay and no need to book; arrive a little before 11am and someone will point you to a seat.
