The meeting lasts an hour and takes its name from the AA book of the same title, a collection of writings by AA's co-founder. It is an open meeting, so anyone may attend - people concerned about their own drinking, those supporting somebody else, and professionals or students wanting to see AA at first hand. The Meeting House is wheelchair accessible. Like all AA meetings it is free, with no booking or referral; arriving a few minutes before 3pm is all you need to do.
