Who can attend this meeting?

This is a members' meeting for people with a desire to stop eating compulsively. Anyone with compulsive food behaviours is welcome, and the group especially welcomes newcomers and those returning from relapse. You don't need to have attended OA before.

Do I need to book, and is there a cost?

No booking is needed and there's no charge to attend. Just turn up on Monday at 6pm. OA runs on voluntary contributions from members, so you're free to give if you wish, but nothing is expected of newcomers.

What happens in a literature meeting?

Members read from OA-approved literature and then share around what they've read, drawing on their own experience. It's a good format if you'd rather listen and take things in during your first visits.
