This Narcotics Anonymous meeting runs every Thursday evening at Penrhyn House on Llandegai Road in Bangor, starting at 6pm and lasting an hour and a quarter. Meetings happen in the Arc, a wooden building at the back of the main house. To find it, head towards Bangor Port, pass the turning on the left, then turn right immediately on the bend; the venue sits on the right, up the track next to the old toll house. The format varies week to week, built around the Just For Today reading, a Basic Text study and sharing, with the occasional experience, strength and hope or speaker share. Parking is available. Do I need to book, and is there a charge?
No booking is needed and there is no charge. Just turn up on Thursday for the 6pm start. NA is self-supporting through members' own contributions, so a small voluntary donation is passed round, but nobody is expected to give.
