Upstairs.
The Carrigaline Group meets every Friday evening at Carrigaline Community Center on Church Road, running from 6.15pm for an hour and fifteen minutes. This is a Narcotics Anonymous meeting for anyone with a desire to stop using drugs, offering a settled, familiar spot to end the working week among people who understand what recovery involves. As a members' meeting, it's a space where those in NA can speak openly and share honestly. The room used is upstairs in the community centre, so bear that in mind if stairs are a consideration. If it's your first time, arriving a few minutes early gives you a chance to find the room and settle before things begin. There's no need to say much until you're ready.
Who can attend this NA meeting?
This is a closed meeting, which means it's for people who have a desire to stop using drugs rather than a general open meeting. If that describes you, you're welcome. Newcomers are always encouraged to come along and simply listen.
Do I need to book, and is there a cost?
No booking is needed and there's no charge to attend. Just turn up on the Friday. NA is self-supporting through members' own contributions, so a small voluntary donation may be passed round, but nobody is obliged to give anything.
Where exactly is the meeting held?
It takes place at Carrigaline Community Center on Church Road, Carrigaline, Co. Cork (P43 TK70). The room is upstairs in the building, so please keep that in mind. Wheelchair access hasn't been confirmed for this venue.
