Feel To Heal meets every Saturday afternoon at 2.30pm in the Mosaic basement of Central Hall on Oldham Street, right in the heart of Manchester close to Piccadilly Gardens. The entrance faces Afflecks Palace, and with the tram and bus stations nearby it's straightforward to reach whether you're travelling across the city or beyond. This Narcotics Anonymous group runs for an hour and a half and follows a Just For Today book study, reading and reflecting on a daily meditation together before opening things up for shared experience. It's an open meeting, so alongside NA members you'll find family, friends and anyone curious about how the fellowship works. The room is a settled, welcoming space to sit, listen and take what you need.
Can I come along if I'm not sure I'm a member yet?
Yes. This is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome, including people new to Narcotics Anonymous, family, friends and interested professionals. The only requirement for NA membership is a desire to stop using drugs, and you're free to simply listen until you feel ready to speak.
Do I need to book or pay?
No. There's no booking and no charge to attend. Just turn up before 2.30pm on Saturday. NA is self-supporting through members' own contributions, so a voluntary donation is welcomed but never expected.
How do I find the room, and is it accessible?
