Medallions available at this meeting for celebrants.
Every Friday evening in Hammersmith, this Narcotics Anonymous group meets at the Quaker Meeting House on Bradmore Park Road, W6. Doors are set for a 19:30 start and the meeting runs for around an hour and a half, giving plenty of time to settle, listen and share at your own pace. It is an open meeting, so alongside NA members you'll find family, friends and anyone curious about how the fellowship works. Medallions are available here for members marking clean-time milestones, whether that's a first month or many years. If you're new, there's no need to say anything until you feel ready. Turning up and hearing others talk honestly about recovery is often the whole point of a first visit.
Can I come along if I'm not sure I belong in NA yet?
Yes. This is an open meeting, so it welcomes anyone with a desire to stop using drugs, as well as family, friends and interested visitors. You're free to simply listen, and NA membership only asks for that desire to stop.
Do I need to book or pay anything?
No. There's no booking and no charge to attend. NA is self-supporting through members' own voluntary contributions, so a basket may go round, but you're never expected to give and newcomers aren't asked to.
What are the medallions mentioned for this meeting?
Medallions are small tokens given to celebrate clean-time milestones, such as reaching one month, one year or longer. If you're marking a milestone, they're available at this group.
