It is an open meeting for newcomers and established members alike, with a candlelit format that alternates weekly between a step chair and a reading from the Living Clean book. No pets are permitted. The meeting is roughly an eight minute bus journey from Stratford or Plaistow station, with several routes, including the 69, 104, 238, 241, 262, 276 and 473, serving the area, and the venue is wheelchair accessible.
