Brighthelm Meeting

The Brighthelm Meeting is a closed Narcotics Anonymous meeting held every Wednesday at 12.30pm in the Roof Room at the Brighthelm Centre on North Road in Brighton, running for an hour. Being closed, it is for people with a desire to stop using drugs, rather than being open to the general public. The format centres on reading and studying the Just For Today book together, making it a steady, literature-focused session over the lunch hour. The venue is wheelchair accessible. There is no cost to attend and no need to book a place, so anyone who fits the closed-meeting criteria can simply come along on the day.
