Entrance to rear of church
A Friday meeting from the same Greystones group takes a Steps format instead, starting at 7pm at St. Killian Family Centre, accessed via the Trafalgar Road entrance at the rear of Holy Rosary Church. It remains a closed Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, kept for those with a desire to stop drinking, and it is free to attend with nothing to book in advance. As with the Monday Big Book meeting, use the rear entrance off Trafalgar Road rather than the main church door. The Friday slot follows on from the group's Monday meeting, giving Greystones two different formats across the week at the same venue.
Can anyone attend this meeting
No. This is a closed Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, kept for people who share a desire to stop drinking, rather than being open to family, friends or professionals who simply want to observe.
Is there a cost or do I need to book a place
No. Like every AA meeting it is free to attend and there is no booking system, so you can simply arrive shortly before the start time.
Which entrance should I use
Use the Trafalgar Road entrance at the rear of Holy Rosary Church rather than the main church door, as this is how the group's notes describe access to St. Killian Family Centre.
