Letterkenny Primary Purpose Group

On Sundays, the Primary Purpose Group meets later in the day than its weekday sessions, at 4pm at Letterkenny Community Centre on Pearse Road, Co. Donegal. A Sunday afternoon slot can suit people who find weekends harder than weekdays, offering support before the week ahead begins. This closed Alcoholics Anonymous meeting is intended for people who have a desire to stop drinking, rather than being an open session for family members or professionals. There is no fee involved and no booking required beforehand. Together with the group's Monday to Friday lunchtime meetings at the same Community Centre, this Sunday session means the group offers a meeting on most days of the week, all free to attend without prior arrangement, and newcomers are welcome to arrive shortly before 4pm.
