Tuesday is a Discussion Meeting, first Tuesday of the month is a Step Meeting. Zoom ID 113 967 729 Password 12345
Thursday evenings bring a further Belfast Ballyowen meeting at 7pm, again at Ballyowen Health Centre on Andersonstown Road. It follows the same closed format as the Tuesday session, held for people with a desire to stop drinking, and anyone who identifies with that description is welcome to attend without prior arrangement. Together with the Tuesday meeting, this gives the group two weekly sessions at the health centre. As with the Tuesday meeting, a hybrid option is available for those unable to attend in person, arranged directly through the group. There is no charge to attend and no need to book. Wheelchair accessibility at the venue has not been confirmed, so anyone with mobility needs should check with the group beforehand.
Is the Thursday meeting the same as Tuesday's?
Both are closed meetings at Ballyowen Health Centre, though Tuesday alternates between discussion and Step formats; Thursday follows the group's standard format.
Do I need to book to attend?
No, there is no booking system for the in-person meeting, and it is free to attend.
Where is Ballyowen Health Centre?
On Andersonstown Road, west Belfast, postcode BT11 9EA.
