Jarrow Foglifters

Jarrow Foglifters meets on Friday evenings at 7.30pm in Bilton Hall Community Centre on Taunton Avenue, and lasts about an hour, and is a Big Book study meeting, with the group reading and discussing passages from Alcoholics Anonymous literature together. This is a members' meeting, kept for people with a desire to stop drinking rather than open to the wider public. A chit is available for anyone who needs to show proof of attendance for court, probation or a treatment programme. The community centre is wheelchair accessible, and there is no charge to attend and no need to book a place in advance.
