Oxford Step

Oxford Step meets on Friday evenings at 6.30pm in the West Oxford Community Centre on Botley Road, running for an hour and a half and giving members a longer session in which to work through the Twelve Steps in detail. Being open, anyone can attend, including family, friends and professionals, alongside people with a desire to stop drinking. The community centre is wheelchair accessible. West Oxford, across the river from the city centre, is a quieter part of town, and this Friday meeting gives residents there a local alternative to the busier meetings clustered around Cornmarket Street and the Westgate.
