A Day At A Time gathers every Monday at 7.30pm in Houghton Regis, just outside Dunstable, at Houghton Regis Baptist Church on Hammersmith Gardens. The meeting lasts around an hour and is open, meaning anyone is free to attend, whether they have a desire to stop drinking themselves or are supporting someone who does.
