Glastonbury Step

The Glastonbury Step meeting is also held at the Methodist Church on Lambrook Street, but runs on Thursday evenings from 7.30pm for around ninety minutes and is a members-only session. As a closed meeting, it is intended for those already part of AA rather than newcomers or first-time visitors, giving members a focused midweek space to work through the Twelve Steps. Wheelchair access at the Methodist Church has not been confirmed for this session, so members with mobility needs may want to check ahead of attending. Alongside the open Saturday Lunchtime meeting at a nearby venue, this Thursday group gives the Glastonbury fellowship an additional weekly slot centred on step work and a shared desire to stop drinking.
