Lindale

The Lindale meeting is held on Sunday evenings at 6pm in Lindale Village Hall, just off School Lane on the Back Road near Grange-over-Sands, and runs for an hour. It is a closed meeting, so it is for AA members and for people with a desire to stop drinking, rather than family, friends or professionals wanting to observe. The village hall is wheelchair accessible. There is no cost to attend and no booking process, as with all AA meetings, so eligible newcomers can simply come along on the night. It offers a rural option for AA in the area around Grange-over-Sands, distinct from the town-centre Big Book Study meeting held on Tuesdays.
