Carlisle Step & Traditions

Carlisle Step & Traditions is held on Tuesday evenings at 7.30pm in St Bedes Church Hall, Wigton Road, and runs for an hour and a half. The format works through the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions in turn, offering a structured route through AA's core literature. It is an open meeting, so anyone can attend, whether or not they have a desire to stop drinking themselves. The hall is wheelchair accessible. As with every AA meeting there is no charge and no need to book a place, so you can simply arrive shortly before half past seven. It complements the Monday and Saturday meetings held at the same Carlisle venue.
