Balham Krok Po Kroku Polish Speaking

Krok Po Kroku, which translates as step by step, is a Polish-speaking Alcoholics Anonymous meeting held every Tuesday at 8.15pm in The Music Room at St Mary and St John the Divine on Balham High Road. The meeting lasts an hour and is conducted in Polish, giving the local Polish community a dedicated meeting close to Balham station. It is open, so anyone comfortable attending in Polish is welcome, whether they have a desire to stop drinking, are supporting a family member or friend, or work professionally in the field. A chit system operates here for anyone needing an attendance slip signed for court, probation or treatment purposes. There is no cost involved and no need to book a place.
