Hampstead Midday

The Sunday session of Hampstead Midday meets at midday on the top floor, Room 2, of Hampstead Community Centre on Hampstead High Street, and runs for an hour, rounding off a week that also includes the same meeting on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. As the group notes, the stairs to Room 2 are not suited to those with medical difficulties, so it is worth planning ahead if this affects you. It is an open meeting, so anyone can attend, including family, friends and professionals alongside those with a desire to stop drinking. There is no charge for attending and no need to book in advance, members simply arrive shortly before midday and head up to Room 2.
