Despite the name, the postcode places it firmly in Highbury rather than Finsbury Park itself, and the hour-long meeting is a members' meeting, for people with a desire to stop drinking rather than an open gathering for the wider public. Anyone new to AA and unsure whether this is the right type of meeting for a first visit should look for one of the area's open meetings instead, or simply ask a local group for guidance. The hall is wheelchair accessible, which is a useful practical point given the entrance is tucked behind the main church building on Kelross Road.
