Braintree Daily Reflections

Braintree Daily Reflections meets at 1.15pm on Thursdays at Christchurch on London Road in Braintree, keeping to a tight one-hour format that fits inside a long lunch break. Each week the meeting takes its theme from Daily Reflections, the AA book of short daily readings, which gives even a first visit a clear shape: a reading, then sharing around it. The meeting is open, so anyone may attend, including family members, friends and professionals as well as anyone with a desire to stop drinking. Christchurch is wheelchair accessible. There is no cost, no booking and no need to have the book; copies are read from in the meeting, and listening is as valid as sharing.
