About this meeting

Old Harlow's Big Book meeting runs on Monday nights from 8pm to 9.30pm at the Baptist Church Hall on Fore Street, just off Market Street. The group studies Alcoholics Anonymous, the book the fellowship is built on, reading a section and sharing on it; you do not need your own copy or any prior knowledge to take part. As an open meeting it welcomes everyone: people who want to stop drinking, those supporting a partner, relative or friend, and professionals with an interest. Wheelchair access has not been confirmed for the hall. There is no cost and nothing to book, and the hour-and-a-half length leaves proper time for newcomers to hear a range of voices before deciding whether to say anything.
