You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day after you (or someone you nominate) receive the book. To cancel, email [email protected] within that period stating that you wish to cancel; you may use the model cancellation form below but do not have to.
If you cancel, please return the book to the address above within 14 days of telling us. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We will refund the price you paid, including standard (but not premium) delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the book back or receiving proof that you have sent it, using your original payment method. We may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the book.
For digital editions, the 14-day cancellation period applies from the date of purchase — until you begin downloading the content. By starting your download within the 14-day period you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel. If you have purchased a digital edition and not yet downloaded it, email [email protected] within 14 days for a full refund.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our books must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your print edition arrives damaged or misprinted, or your digital edition is faulty, contact us and we will offer a replacement or a full refund (including return postage for faulty goods). For digital content, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or a price reduction or refund if that fails. These rights apply regardless of the 14-day cancellation window.
Gifted guides purchased through Pay It Forward can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided the gifted copies have not yet been allocated or distributed to a recipient organisation. Once distributed, they cannot be refunded — we will confirm the status when you contact us.
Refunds are made to the original payment method via our payment processor (Stripe), normally within 5–10 working days of being issued. If you have not received an expected refund, check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us at [email protected].
